Expectations - Preparation - Core, Yoga and Strength workouts
PRACTICE EXPECTATIONS:
Be on time to practice - 3:15 start
Come prepared (see below!)
Communicate.... with the coaches (and your teachers, and your parents)
More than 1 unexcused absence is grounds for removal from the team
Work as hard as you can in every aspect of practice
Athletes need at EVERY practice:
Proper attire - good running shoes (available at North Wales Running Co. for a discount)
Watch with a stopwatch function! GPS watch not necessary.
Water bottle - no sharing
Stretch band - provided by Dock in preseason to new runners
Towel for core routine and/or stretching
Log your workouts on Strava
